Why do you have to cook in my home? Why can't you bring prepared meals to my home?
Since I do not have a commercial kitchen, Ontario food laws and codes do not allow food to be made in a regular kitchen and transported, but it is legal to prepare foods that you will eat in your home.
Why can't you make 10 different entrées for a bi-weekly service?
It is proven that making double servings of 5 entrées is far more cost effective for you, the consumer, rather than paying more for the extra ingredients and hours it would take to do this. It is not at all unusual to eat the same food in a two week period.
I have dietary restrictions. Will you be able to make food according to my diet?
Of course! When you fill out the Food Questionnaire, you will be asked about diet specific concerns such as low sodium, food allergies, low fat, low carb, vegetarian, etc. I will build your menus around your needs which is something take-out places cannot do.
