Your meals will be prepared using only the freshest ingredients. Whenever possible, local products will be used. Organic products can be used upon request with a slight price adjustment. 
And of course, always preservative free!  

Bi-Weekly/Weekly Menu  

Chicken Dijonnaise 
Chicken Breasts in a Creamy Dijon, Herb and White Wine Sauce

Mesquite Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Smokey, Spicy, Marinated Pork Tenderloin slices with chunky apple chutney

Italian  Spaghetti Casserole
Layers of  spaghetti with ground beef, Italian sausage & onions,  nested together with Italian cheeses and sauce, served with garlic bread

Bourbon Glazed BBQ Ribs or Chicken
Mouthwatering BBQ served with seasoned, roasted potatoes

Mexicali Fish
Tilapia, haddock or flounder baked with freshly made salsa, topped with cheese, served over rice

Mediterranean Vegetarian Stew
Chunks of eggplant, zucchini, onions, mushrooms, chick peas simmered in a spicy tomato sauce.


Dinner Party Sample Menus

Braised Veal Chops, Polenta and Wild Mushrooms
Seared veal chops braised in a wine reduction with creamy polenta

Mixed Seafood  with Tarragon Cream Sauce or Creamy Scampi Sauce
Seared Jumbo shrimp and sea scallops served over fettuccine with a creamy tarragon or scampi sauce

Magret of Duck with Blueberry Honey Sauce
Duck breast slices served with a honey-blueberry demi-glaze  over Risotto

Rack of Lamb
Whole grain mustard and herb encrusted rack of lamb with mint pesto and roasted vegetables

Beef Tenderloin
 A generous filet in  a thyme and rosemary sauce served with spinach custards

Salmon in Red Curry Sauce
A Thai inspired dish with broiled salmon and a spicy red curry sauce with rice and grilled fruit
